A second show?
Am I understanding it that we may be going into the following weekend with a 2nd show or closing event? If we do I may have someone that's a chef that would provide some food. If he does I'm hoping we could afford him the opportunity to present the book he's had published or his services as well.

P.S. I did mention when our weekend is and there is a huge family event he has so he can't help us with that weekend. :(
ReplyDeleteNo second show. We will only have food at our opening which now looks to be on Nov 19th instead of the 18th. The group needs to decide this point. We should considering having the show run through the following weekend as well, as this is the weekend of the Jingle Walk.
ReplyDeleteOK, that's what I was talking about. I couldn't remember what was the following weekend, but I thought Brian said something about a bit of a closing event... Kind of to keep it going through the Jingle Walk. I didn't know specifically what that would entail.
ReplyDeleteI would just involve having a few gallery sitters present in case there are visitors from the downtown event.
ReplyDeleteIt's fine if you guys want to have the show through the week and into the following weekend, but I will be out of town for Thanksgiving, so I won't be able to be there.
ReplyDeleteWe only need to provide a few people on shifts to keep the doors open during the week and and greet visitors. We can work the schedule details out when the time comes.
